HAPPY SWEET 16!
BIRMINGHAM EDUCATION FOUNDATION
Thank you for choosing to help the Birmingham Education Foundation celebrate 16 years of service! To aid in the celebration, you will play a key role by contributing towards the production of a “Happy Sweet 16” Birthday Video Card.
To help you easily contribute to this project in ways that are convenient and output a quality celebratory video, we have set up multiple options. Below, you will find descriptions of options for how we would like for you to contribute to this project.

For a more personal touch, we would like to schedule time, between now and mid-August, to meet you at a convenient, recording-friendly location to audio/video record your “Happy Birthday BHAM Ed Foundation” greeting – lasting no more than 30 seconds.
If you can accommodate this preferred method of recording, please indicate it on the form mentioned below and Andrew Holden (the Video Card Producer) will contact you to set up your in-person recording session at a convenient location and time.

We schedule time to virtually record your greeting in a clean, polished setting or against a virtual background. Then Andrew will download and edit your Zoom recording into the Video Card.
If this is your preferred method, please indicate it on the form mentioned below and Andrew will contact you to set up your Zoom recording session at a convenient time.

We request that you record your greeting in landscape (horizontal) orientation on an HD smartphone and email it to lstimaging@gmail.com, or iMessage (for iPhone or iPad users)/text it to 256-694-5450.
NOTE: If video quality degrades when the video is sent as a text message, you might be asked to upload and resend the video to Andrew Holden on Facebook Messenger.

Please voice record your greeting as a Voice Note or Voice Memo on your smart device, and provide a headshot to Andrew Holden, so that your likeness and captions can be on display during your segment of the video.
